Claim Steps

: Incident Reporting to MOM

Submit iReport to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) at MOM e-service within 10 days from the date of accident, in accordance with the Work Injury Compensation Act and the time limits set out by Legislation.

: Online Submission

Notify EQI about the claim within 10 days from the date of accident by submitting eClaim Form and all the claim documents.

: Additional Supporting Documents

Notify EQI immediately and submit any writ of summons, letter of claim or other legal processes that have been issued or commenced against you.

: Co-operation

Assist and cooperate with EQI's appointed representative or adjuster if any.

Yes, we will make reimbursement to his/her CPF account.

If you have any objection to the NOC, please state your ground of objection in the objection form with supporting documents and evidence and submit it via WicSubmit. Otherwise, no action is required. If we do not receive any objection after 14 days from the Date of NOC, we will arrange to make payment to the employee.

The injured employee have to bear the excess medical expenses beyond the limit of WICA. Alternatively, you can claim the excess medical expenses under the Foreign Worker Medical Insurance if you have purchased such insurance for him/her. Hence, we suggest you to notify your FWMI insurer as well if the employee suffers serious medical injury/condition.

You should arrange to settle the medical expenses and MC wages with the employee by his/her next pay day before getting reimbursement from WICA insurer.
