EQ MaidGUARD protects you, as an employer, and your foreign maid with benefits required by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and much more.
The comprehensive package not only provides the Security Bond/Insurance Guarantee, coverage for Medical Costs and Personal Accident for your maid during her stay, but also additional benefits such as repatriation and re-hiring expenses.
Benefits
- Insurance Guarantee – We will provide a Letter of Guarantee to MOM in lieu of the S$5,000 cash deposit.
- Hospital & Surgical Expenses – You will be reimbursed up to S$30,000 per annum if your maid is hospitalised in Singapore Government Restructured Hospital (6-Bedded).
- Personal Accident – Your maid is taken care of if there is an accident.
- Repatriation Expenses – Your cost of sending your maid back will be reimbursed up to a maximum of S$10,000.
- Wages & Levy Reimbursement – Your maid’s salary and levy will be reimbursed should she be hospitalised.
- Outpatient Kidney Dialysis / Cancer – You will be reimbursed up to S$5,000 for your outpatient kidney dialysis or cancer treatment.
- Re-Hiring Expenses – Your agency fees will be reimbursed up to S$500 for hiring a replacement maid.
